If you're not happy with your item, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 28 days of purchase.

Return Process: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging. To initiate a return, contact our customer care team at ukminifigurestore@gmail.com.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days once we’ve received your returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
